Rules and Conditions
Hi Rollerz Records "Get A $30,000 Record Deal" Contest
1. All submissions are subject to a $20 submission fee, this fee is non-refundable
2. Users can submit any number of times, subject to the $20 submission fee for each submission
3. Lil Fats, Inc. is in no way liable for your upload, you indemnify Lil Fats, Inc. from any claims or arbitrations that may arise from your use of media and copyrighted materials
4. All submissions will be screened by an employee of Lil Fats, Inc. and listened to in their entirety
5. All submissions will recieve feedback on their tracks and be acrchived for the final judging for the Contest.
6. Lil Fats, Inc. will provide documented invoices and reciepts for all services and products rendered for Prize Winners.
7. Actual value of all promotions will be equal to or exceed $30,000.00 USD in retail value for the 1st Prize Winner.
8. All decisions on prize winners will be solely subject to Lil Fats, Inc. and its employees and managers.
9. Lil Fats, Inc. guarantees that a winner will be picked and announced for the contest and will deliver by the dates set forth in Line 6 of this document.
10. Contest ends October 31st 2009
